  • Auction Date – April 27, 2017 @ 3PM HST
  • Auction Method – No reserve
  • Bidder’s Deposit – $100,000
  • Buyer’s Premium – the greater of 12% of the High Bid
  • Opening Bid Incentive – 12% of the amount of your opening bid
  • The Property is being sold furnished
  • If you are the High Bidder, the balance of your 12% Earnest Money Deposit is due no later than April 28, 2017
  • Closing – 30 days from auction (or sooner if desired)

Opening Bid Buyer Incentive – Save 12%

If an Opening Bid Buyer is the high bidder at the Auction, such Opening Bid Buyer will receive an Incentive from Seller in the form of a credit against the Purchase Price that would have otherwise paid for the Property on the amount, equal to 12% of the Opening Bid Amount. The Opening Bid Buyer Incentive will be deducted from the total amount paid by the Bidder at closing if the Buyer is the successful purchaser of the Property.
