6018773085242 Weke Road, a large beachfront property located in the middle of Hanalei Bay, sold on January 11, 2018 for $14,000,000, making it the seventh detached home sale over $10M in Hanalei in the last three years.  The property is 1.26 acres in total with a registered historic 1,128 SF, 2-BR, 2-BA plantation home originally built in 1928.  The location of the property is directly next to the very popular beach access path connecting Weke Rd. to the surf spot known as The Cape.

Currently, the lowest priced home actively listed for sale in Hanalei is $2,195,000.  In total, there are six active listings of detached homes in Hanalei ranging from $2.2M – $3.4M, and another 5 listings ranging from $9.5M – $45M.  There are also presently at least four more homes in escrow (on or off market).
